you? Do you find that while you enjoy the vampire genre, it can be
a bit on the formulaic side at times, and seems to keep treading down
the same well-worn paths? Looking for something with fangs that
does things differently for a change? Then you're probably in the
right place.
This site, and the stories and characters within, represents a new breed of the modern vampire, one that I have been fostering and cultivating since the Spring of 1997. Some of the vampires of this new breed are world-striding powerhouses that are nearly invincible, while others are still pups learning the ropes, but they are all preternatural beings that drink the blood of the living and make no excuses for themselves or what they do, because life is too short to spend on moping and cursing their existence. They are not the undead. They are not walking corpses. They are alive, alive in ways that most of us will never understand. They are not devils. They are not evil, nor are they good. They are as human as you or I, and sometimes they understand what it is to be human more than most. Some of them are gentle, some of them brutal, some seek to make themselves legends, while others merely want to rock 'n roll. Make no mistake, these are vampires, and something that seems to be forgotten is that there is more to immortality than drinking blood and being miserable, much more. Eternal life is a gift that humankind has been searching for since its inception, and these vampires know that . . . and they have no intentions of squandering that precious gift. Within you'll find stories chronicling the adventures of these vampires, as well as their biographies and pictures, along with a good deal more, and you're welcome to peruse anything and everything contained here . . . this site represents a dream that I've held since I was a child, and someday I hope to realize it through hard work, dedication, and the interest of people like yourself.
